THE DINING – SHIBA PARK HOTEL TOKYO

At the Shiba Park Hotel in Tokyo, “The Dining” offers a wonderful culinary experience. This restaurant serves three types of food: Japanese, Western, and Chinese.

And while food in Tokyo is amazing, they take the whole experience to the next level.

It’s a great place for any meal, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, tea in the afternoon, or dinner. They also have light meals for smaller appetites too.

“The Dining” restaurant is open from 7-9:30 am for breakfast and reservations can be made for dinner.

I particularly recommend the Hanasanshou Dinner Course, which includes buckwheat noodles with shrimp tempura and sweet shrimp and seared cuttlefish with condiments.

Alternatively, the Western Dinner Course includes pork belly confit baked in herbed bread crumbs and grilled US rib steak, among other succulent dishes.

The restaurant has private rooms too, which are good for small and big groups or business events.
