Wanagiri Hidden Hill is home to some of the best viewpoints on the island of Bali. Located in the mountainous region of Bedugul in north Bali, this is one location you don’t want to miss during your visit.
Wanagiri is also known as the selfie peak region and a very popular spot among Instagrammers!
I have put together this complete travel guide of Wanagiri Hidden Hills Bali including how to get there, the entrance fee, and what to expect when you arrive.

HOW TO GET TO WANAGIRI HIDDEN HILL?
The best way to get here is to rent a scooter and the drive takes around 1.5 hours from the main tourist areas of Canggu, Seminyak, and Kuta.
Don’t feel confident riding a scooter? Another great option for getting around Bali is to hire a private car and a driver for the day and experience all that the island has to offer.
Includes:
- Experienced Driver
- Hotel pick-up & drop-off
- Mineral water
- Petrol

WANAGIRI HIDDEN HILLS ENTRANCE FEE
The Wanagiri Hidden Hills entrance fee is 20,000 IDR which allows you to take photos of the bamboo attractions that are spread out across Wanagiri Hills.
The earlier you go the better. This way you will avoid the crowds and be able to take a good shot without someone being a photobomb.

WHAT TO EXPECT
All along the top of Wanagiri Hills, you can find bamboo features such as the Bali swing, human-size bird nests, wooden teacups, lookout towers, the bow of a boat, wooden stars, and treehouses.
This viewpoint originally used to be a few small roadside warungs, set up as a rest stop for the locals to have a meal and a coffee with a view. It’s now a popular Instagram spot attracting tourists and locals from all over the island.
The small warungs have been relocated and the new and improved viewpoint consists of man-made bamboo amusement features overlooking Lake Buyan.
Have you got travel insurance for Bali? We all know accidents can happen and having World Nomads Insurance will save you thousands of dollars if something goes wrong.
