Now that you’ve got all the information on how to get here, where to stay, and all other logistics, let’s get to the fun stuff in this Uluwatu guide.

Here is your complete list of the 25 best things to do in Uluwatu Bali.

Go Beach Hopping In Uluwatu

Let’s kick off this list of what to do in Uluwatu Bali with the most popular activity in the area – beach hopping.

It’s without a doubt that Uluwatu is home to some of the best beaches in Bali, so visiting them is a must.

With plenty of stunning white sand beaches to explore, you can surely work on your tan, go surfing, or simply swim in crystal clear waters.

I have put together a separate guide on the best beaches in Uluwatu which I highly recommend checking out.

I don’t want to crowd this blog post with every single beach in the Bukit Peninsula, so below you will find a taster of the top 7 beaches to visit.

Bingin Beach

Bingin Beach is one of the more popular beaches that requires a bit of a journey to get to but it’s 100% worth it!

There are no roads that lead directly to the beach so you’ll have to park your scooter or car in the parking lot at the top of the cliff.

From there it’s about a 10-minute walk down the cliffside via a set of concrete stairs.

Once you climb down, you’ll be welcomed by stunning blue waters, a perfect left-hand barreling wave, and a few bars and restaurants.

Nyang Nyang Beach

Nyang Nyang Beach is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the Bukit Peninsula.

The glistening white sand and turquoise waters make this beach a must-see location during your visit to Bali.

The easiest way to get down to the beach is via the west entrance because there is a newly constructed road that leads from the top of the cliffs all the way down to the shoreline.

Upon arrival, there is a small ticketing booth where you’ll have to stop and pay an entry fee of 10,000 IDR to access the beach.

I recommend visiting Nyang Nyang Beach earlier in the morning before it gets too hot in the midday sun and you can enjoy a few hours down on the beach to yourself before it gets crowded.

If you do decide to visit Nyang Nyang Beach later in the day, I highly recommend sticking around for sunset which is generally around 6 pm.

You’ll also find a few local beach vendors where you can grab something to eat and drink during your visit.

Green Bowl Beach, also known as Pantai Green Bowl, is one of the most secluded beaches on the east coast of the Bukit.

Perched at the base of verdant cliffs, this beautiful white sand beach surrounded by a coral reef and turquoise waters is not to be missed.

From the parking lot, you will have to descend around 300 concrete steps to reach the shoreline. Going down is the easy part, it’s coming back up that can be unforgiving.

A small patch of glistening white sand, no more than fifty meters long, welcomes you at the bottom of the stairs.

The turquoise water to go with will have you in disbelief that this stunning beach actually exists.

What to say – coming and relaxing here is just one of the best things in Uluwatu!
