Bukit Teletubbies is located in the southern mountain ranges on Nusa Penida Island.

HOW TO GET TO BUKIT TELETUBBIES?
The easiest way to get to this location is by scooter. From the main town of Toya Pakeh, it’s approximately a 45-minute drive.
There are a number of scooter rental shops dotted along the beachfront at Toya Pakeh harbor that will be able to sort you out with some wheels when you arrive on the island.
You can expect to pay around 70,000 IDR to 100,000 IDR per day for a Nusa Penida scooter rental with a full tank of gas.
Alternatively, you can also prebook it online using Klook, which is a more convenient and organized way to plan your trip (and no need to barter with anyone).
Be sure to wear a helmet and purchase travel insurance as an extra precaution for riding on the roads in Nusa Penida.
The reason being is that the roads are not very well maintained and there are potholes and loose gravel in many areas.

During the middle of the day is too hot and there isn’t much shade around to stay cool.

There is no entrance fee, and you can also park your motorbike there for free, which is definitely an added bonus to this stunning hill!
WHAT TO EXPECT AT BUKIT TELETUBBIES
As you near the top of the mountain range, follow the tar-sealed road and you will begin to see rolling fields of green and rounded peaks that give Bukit Teletubbies Hill its name.
The hill formations look strikingly similar to Chocolate Hills in Bohol, Philippines.
There is no entrance fee at this attraction and visitors are free to roam at their own pace.
On a clear day, you can see the neighboring island of Lombok and the almighty Mount Rinjani, the second-largest volcano in Indonesia.
In the valleys between Teletubbies Hill are terraced fields of food crops and random clusters of coconut palm trees.
