Pacifico Beach Siargao is a cruisey surf town with white sand beaches, tropical palm trees, and world-class surf breaks on the northeastern tip of Siargao Island.
I highly recommend making the drive away from the popular tourist hub General Luna and enjoying some peace and quiet in this tropical paradise in Siargao’s north.
I have put together this complete guide to visiting Pacifico Beach including how to get there, where to stay, and what to expect when you arrive.
QUICK ANSWERS: PACIFICO BEACH SIARGAO
Let’s start with the essentials you should know before visiting, such as the beach’s location, how to get there, and everything in between!
WHERE IS PACIFICO BEACH SIARGAO?
Pacifico Beach is located on the north-eastern coastline of Siargao Island.
It’s approximately a 1-hour drive from General Luna to reach Pacifico and if you follow the Siargao Circumferential Rd, I guarantee you won’t get lost.

HOW TO GET TO PACIFICO BEACH SIARGAO?
One of the most common ways to get here is on a scooter, and you’ll probably go from General Luna to Pacifico Beach since it’s the best area to stay.
The cost for a scooter rental in General Luna is around 300-400 pesos per day, or for a monthly rental, you’ll get a cheaper rate of around 200-300 pesos per day.
Most accommodations will be more than happy to help you organize a scooter rental for the time you plan to spend on Siargao Island.

Looking for an awesome day trip? The best tour in Siargao is the Siargao Island Hopping Tour!
It includes hotel transfers, the boat tour, all fees, and a fun guide to share the day with!
ARE THERE TOURIST SPOTS ON THE WAY TO PACIFICO SIARGAO?
Yes, and in my opinion, you don’t want to go directly to Pacifico Siargao Island as there are a few awesome locations worth stopping at along the way in the north of Siargao.
If you leave early enough from General Luna you can make a big adventure day out of it.
See the list below for a one-day Siargao itinerary of things to see and do along the way.
- Sunrise Palm Tree Viewpoint
- Palm Tree Road
- Palm Tree Swing Siargao
- Tayangban Cave Pool
- Magpupungko Rock Pool
It’s safe to say that the trip to Pacifico Philippines will be one for the books!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT PACIFICO BEACH SIARGAO
A sleepy surf town nestled beneath a coconut palm tree rainforest is ultimately what you can expect when you arrive.
There’s also a Pacifico Siargao restaurant called Karsada and they serve delicious Filipino treats.
This small coastal town in Siargao’s north is the perfect place to surf, eat, sleep, and repeat!
Pacifico Beach is one of the best Siargao surf spots on the island. Just like Cloud 9 in General Luna, many surfers flock here to surf the world-class reef breaks just a short paddle out from the shoreline.
There are a small handful of surf breaks all within a couple of minutes’ walk from each other. Take your pick of left-hand or right-hand waves that are best surfed on mid to low tides.
In case you don’t know how to surf, I recommend booking a surf lesson in Siargao. After all, it’s the surfing capital of the Philippines!
My friends and I spent 2 days and 1 night exploring the area and here’s what we got up to:
- Surfed the long left-hand point break
- Explored the pristine white sand beach
- Swam in the turquoise water in the bay
- Hammock chills between the coconut palm trees
- Sunset at the resort
- Ate the BEST local food at Lebron James & Dwayne Wade restaurant
