Corregidor Island Siargao (also known as Casolian Island) is a dreamy tropical island in the south of the Philippines.
On your next visit to Siargao, make sure to jump on an island hopping tour and explore the incredible landscapes and colorful coral reefs that can be found on Corregidor Island Siargao!
WHERE IS CORREGIDOR ISLAND SIARGAO?
Corregidor Island is located in the south of the Philippines right next door to the more popular island of Siargao.
This tropical paradise is only accessible by boat, which is a 45-minute journey across the channel from General Luna, the main tourist hub in Siargao.
WHERE TO BOOK A CORREGIDOR TOUR
I booked my Corregidor tour with Secret Spot Hostel. Adi, the owner of the hostel, organizes Corregidor day tours with a private boat and skipper that will take you over to Corregidor Island Philippines for around 1500 pesos.
The tour includes a return boat ride to Corregidor Island, entrance fees, a guide, lunch, drinks, and good times!
Alternatively, you can book a Corregidor Island Tour online in advance with Klook.
This tour includes a full day of island-hopping to Corregidor Island, Naked Island, Daku Island, and Guyam Island. All of this for less than $40 USD.

MY EXPERIENCE ON THE CORREGIDOR TOUR
At 10 am, my friends and I jumped on our private boat that was waiting on the beach directly in front of the Secret Spot Hostel. The trip over the channel to the island is a 45-minute journey, passing Naked Island and Hanoyoy Island.
The skipper beached the boat on Corregidor Beach, a glistening white sand coastline complemented by a palm tree forest, turquoise water, and a colorful reef.
I was in disbelief of how incredibly beautiful this island is before I even stepped foot off the boat.

The first few hours on the Corregidor Island Tour were spent snorkeling in the crystal clear waters, climbing palm trees, and enjoying a freshly cooked barbeque lunch and cold beers.
The local residents of Corregidor Island Siargao offer cooking services on the island, so we handed over our food and they prepared a feast for us all. The cost for the cooks is included in the Corregidor tour price.
Corregidor Island Siargao
After lunch, we decided to hike to the other side of the island, passing by a palm tree rainforest and a small local village in the center of the island.
There were kids playing basketball, teenagers singing karaoke from their homes, and elderly people watering their gardens. The beautifully slow pace of life on this island is something else!
We continued along a pebbly beach and up a large grass hill, and at the top was one of the most spectacular landscapes I have ever seen.
Coconut palm trees, rolling hills, long grass, herds of water buffaloes, and secluded beaches. I literally felt like I was dreaming… My friends and I were in awe and speechless of what laid in front of our eyes!

There is so much exploring to do on Corregidor Island Siargao and many awesome spots for photo opportunities.
I sent up my drone camera to get some aerial photos and videos which was the best idea I had all day. The view of the island from the air had me in disbelief that this place exists!
The day was coming to an end so we made our way back to the starting point of our hike, had another quick swim in the ocean, and jumped on board our boat for departure back to Siargao.
